Register Your GSA

There are a number of organizations in the state and in the country who need to know about your GSA. Safe Schools South Florida works closely with Equality Florida, GLSEN, Inc. the Gay Straight Alliance, among others, to stay apprised of GSAs in Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties.

To encourage registration, Safe Schools South Florida will award $50.00 to every GSA (or other named club) that registers with us and submits a one page plan of action for the year. If you register with us, we will pass your registration information on to Equality Florida, GSA-Net and GLSEN.

Safe Schools South Florida publishes the name of the school, the sponsor’s name and a phone number to enable GSAs to contact one another during the year (Click to List). Schools are free to opt out of the on-line listing by indicating that preference on the registration form. Once a year we will send hard-copy list of all GSAs to all GSAs.
